Our wonderful friend Toto will be bringing back her Phoenix Sauna onto the meadow for a winter treat. A fantastic way to unwind and clear the toxins away with plunge pool to wake the body up!

The sauna holds 8 people so you could book the whole sauna and bring your friends, or just come along and enjoy the space and time to relax and unwind. Times are from 13:00 - 13.45, 15.00 - 15.45 or 16.00 - 16.45. There is an optional donation for the sauna (we recommend £15 per person).

If you book a late slot why not stay a while after your sauna and have supper, and of course you can book supper even if you haven’t had a sauna. Come and enjoy some hot soup with delicious ferments by @Upyourgut, Fenn Farm’s award winning Baron Bigod soft cheese and Black Dog Deli sourdough toast prepared by Toto. This will be from about 17.30 onwards in the cafe.

The cost of the dinner will be £12:00 per head.
